To start the process of determining the value of your home, I will need to do a CMA which is a “Comparative Market Analysis”. The CMA provides expansive data, comparing your property to similar properties in the marketplace. The CMA is very similar to an appraisal but is not an appraisal by a licensed appraiser, which is required by all mortgage lenders.

Once I complete the CMA, I will need to visit your home and assess if there are any aspects of your home’s condition or location which may increase or decrease your home’s value. If you are planning to make changes, upgrades or updates before selling, make sure to let me know. In addition, I will advise you of upgrades or updates that could increase your home’s value without breaking the bank.
