Living in Denver since 1978 has taught me about the city of Denver and its suburbs. My experience in Customer Service has been the backbone of my career as a Real Estate Broker. I’ve been selling Residential Real Estate in the Denver Metro area since 1999.

I specialize in residential home sales in the North and West Denver suburbs. On average, I list and sell about 36 homes a year. I exclusively represent Sellers and Buyers. I’ve gained a tremendous amount of knowledge by working on both sides on over 500 real estate transactions. This is where my experience shines. I know the issues that Sellers and Buyers experience.
For Sellers. I have an effective and proven Marketing Plan that works! Technology has changed, and social media is here to stay. My marketing is constantly evolving with new techniques to attract Buyers to your listing. As a SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) I have had specialized training in representing Sellers and have unique negotiating skills that result in obtaining top dollar sales for my clients.
For Buyers. I have the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) credential from my specialized training and experience working with First Time Home Buyers, Move-up Buyers, New Construction, Relocation and Retirement and Investment property purchases.
Relocation. If you live out of state, you’ll have no problem buying a home using my relocation services. You will appreciate the technical advances in real estate here in Colorado. Closings can be facilitated without coming to Colorado first. By using E- Contracts, you can select and close on your new home without spending money traveling back and forth. You can arrive in your moving truck and see your home for the first time. With my communication and new technology, you will know what you are buying.
